The Visual Resources Center catalogs digital images accoarding to VRA Core 4.0 metadata schema and Cataloging Cultrual Objects (CCO) data content standards. These images are cataloged using Shared Shelf, and made available through ARTstor in the FAA Teaching Collection. The images in this collection are searchable using ARTstor's keyword or advanced search functions, or can be browsed by going to the "Institutional Collections" section on ARTstor's welcome page, and scrolling to the FAA Teaching Collection.
Currenty there are approximatly 2,000 digital images available in the FAA Teaching Collection. Images are selected based on faculty request and FAA course curriculum.
